Description


  • Assembly of parts, assemblies and components according to design documents and applicable standards in aircraft construction

  • Checking the availability and usability of the required equipment, tools and resources

  • Independent control of the work steps for quality and completeness of the installed components

  • Documentation of test and measurement results

  • Carrying out intermediate inspections and initiating corrective measures and repairs


Qualifications / Requirements


  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft engineer, mechanic or in a comparable metalworking profession with appropriate aeronautical qualifications

  • Experience in structural engineering and proven knowledge of structural mechanics

  • Confident handling of technical drawings as well as applicable standards and regulations

  • Team-oriented, committed working style and quick comprehension

  • Willingness to work shifts (up to three shifts) and Saturdays
